onlazepine/quatiapine

i have just been put on onlazepine and taken of quatiapine. only been on it three days but my hubby is on onlazepine too and said he noticed difference with in a few days. this is my fourth day and i dont feel any difference. does it actually work anyone had experience of coming off one and onto the other am i jumping the gun and expecting miracles quickly. not sleeping either which surprises the staff on the ward for the amount of drugs i am on which are all sedative effect should be knocked out for a week . yoo much going on in my head. managed to get out of hospital the other day and bought razors and cut yesterday so down to a and e i went. i need help and dont know what to do. being passed pillar to post so am hoping on medds

Maybe too early. In my experience olanzapine is effective, but it is an anti psychotic whereas quetiapine is also licensed as a mood stabiliser
