I suffer from anxiety and have just returned to work after 14 years, I really need something to settle my nerves. Does anyone use rescue rememdy and does it work?

Yes I use it and it does help me - I can't cope with the spray (long story) but use the pastilles and I think they are great.

fantastic stuff, no idea why it works but it does, I got my mum using them when my uncle was dying and we use it with DS as well (surprise medicine) My only problem is that when I really need it, I often forget that I have it and it helps

I used it during (very fast) labour with my 4th child, it was totally fantastic and I now use drops in a glass of water from time to time, again with great results!

I am so glad I clicked though, my dd has real problems with anxiety and stress, I never even thought of using it for her, Thank you!

I hope you find it helps you and good luck with your return to work Smile

I use it and my DD who suffers with anxiety uses it. However it works, it does the trick!

Yes, it is brilliant, I have been using it for years (as well as the other Bach Remedies, I have a set).

You spray it under the tongue.

There is a minute amount of alcohol in it, only for preservative purposes, so quite benign really. And therefore safe to use for anyone.

You know it works cos it does on kids, animals and even plants!

For kids, animals and plants, use the drops, about 4, in the water..

Honestly, it is magic with crying/stressed/fretting babies!!
It contains Star of Bethlehem for shock, and birth is just a very stressful experience, also for babies.

Oh and Rescue Remedy Cream is also brilliant, for everything, cuts, scrapes, burns, it soothes, and just heals it faster.

Never had the problem, but bet it works on nappy rash too!

For me, RR, drops, spray and cream are an essential part of my first aid kit! Grin
