Am on my firts fast day. I planned well - i think? Had no breakfast, butternut squash and red pepper soup for lunch with 200g of alpro soya yoghurt and for tea I am havin shredded carrots with a marinara type sauce. I am feeling dizzy and hungry though and its 16.09. Tea is at 18.00ish
So tomorrow, would I be better off with cauli rice and a veg curry for lunch?
