Well I took some time off from here while I was doing the diet but it's all gone wrong!
So I started the diet and started to lose! Woooo I hear you say, well I managed to lose 1/2 stone in 6 weeks, I was doing 20 min Zumba on wii for my workouts, I started to get bored and decided to do the jillian michaels 30 day shred well that's where it went wrong I didn't lose anything if anything I put on 10lb doing it in 15 days! Then kids and husband come down with a stomach bug, a whole week of clearing up after 4 boys and a husband just messed up my plan as I just stopped eating and then when I did it was just stuff I could grab, then I got it so another week of dealing with that. Now I have just lost my mojo to do it, I'm now bigger than when I started in the first place which is depressing in itself and to top it I've managed to trap a nerve in my back and in agony, any help as to why I put on instead or just help to get me going. Also I was doing 1500 on feast days but I'm not sure if this was too low.
