I had a half hearted go at this last year but stopped stupidly on holiday and never got round to re-starting. I lost about a stone (I need to lose at least 4 Blush) and felt great.

I'm crap at calorie counting so used to save everything for one go - can someone please check if this is ok?

Non fast day 8pm dinner then

7am - Coffee with a splash of milk
Water with lemon and lime all day
8pm - dinner of chicken breast and pile of veg or similar
7am breakfast as normal - porridge and fruit.

Starting again with first fast on Tuesday (easy as out of the house from 7.15, classes all day, lunch meeting so no time to eat and not home till after 6. My best work friend is doing it too so will be good to have a buddy!

Hi Mayfriday Your timeline looks fine. Most people prefer to save nearly all calories for a good supper.

wrt that lemon and lime, does it have sugar in it ? If so, I'd recommend a no-sugar version, to keep insulin levels stable and minimise calories - a typical sugary cordial has 25 vals per glass.

Try to drink plenty of plain water too
Good luck. With a few stone to go, you should lose at a decent pace - just eat sensibly on NFDs too.
