Anyone have the Jason Vale 5:2 info?

I bought a Mail on Sunday just to get the plan, but it was missing from the copy I bought.

I have his apps though and a juicer and books .

Can anyone summaries which juices he recommends for the '2' days ? I'd like to give it a go as a variation on the normal solid food days.
