Fasting / 5:2 diet

Week 3 of strict 5:2... Struggling to finish meals/snacks etc

So tonight I made myself a stirfry with noodles and a fillet of smoked salmon (very tasty) and some nuts and pine nuts flash fried and coated in some soy sauce for the top. I couldn't finish a plateful! I felt SO full afterwards that I just had to stop.

Then I had my usual snack of bowl of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries with a muller yogurt dumped on top (150kcal and sooo good) but I couldn't finish that either! I was just uncomfortably full and I am not going to force myself to eat when I don't feel I need to.

I am chilling in bed now, mostly because the baby had me up til 4am this morning and then my boy had me up from 7am, so bit tired tonight! But I don't think I am going to be able to fit in another snack and certainly not another meal.

Looking at my day on MFP I have managed to eat around 1400kcal today but that is 150kcal under what I should be eating if I want to lose weight anyway, the great thing about 5:2 is that it gives me the freedom to eat a 'reasonable' amount of food on NFD (basically my maintainence calories which is really healthy) but now it seems 5:2 is reset me so much I don't need so many calories on NFD.

Has anyone else found this?

Ha! Got to bed early, son woke me up, have just had golden syrup porridge and a Go Natural bar with a cup of options hot choccy. Was absolutely lovely and to top it off I haven't ever seen Gavin and Stacey before and I found it on netflix, so been watching that and very ready to settle back down to sleep. Fast day tomorrow so glad I got a nice supper in.
