Apologies if this is done elsewhere, but just thought it might be good to have a thread of My Fitness Pal user names so we can follow each other and view diaries for food ideas, give support, etc. That's if you don't mind other 5:2'ers knowing what you're eating!

I'm on MFP with a lot of M'netters I met on a "52lb in 52 weeks" thread. I'm also doing 5:2/ 4:3, and MFP is a godsend, helping me manage fast days and get a grip in what "normal" eating looks like on a non fast day. I've lost 30 lbs since Jan, and an only 5 lbs off being in the "healthy" range for BMI. I can honestly say that fasting works really well for me, although judging by the attrition rate of my MFP friends, it's not for everyone. My username is the same as Mumsnet name- look me up and we can be friends. Don't panic if you look at my diary for today- it's a non fast day! Lots of us also have fitbits to log activity, which you can link to your MFP account. Good luck!
