So I weighed myself the other day and am 13kg heavier than I want to be. I almost weigh the same as DP who goes to the gym and has an incredible body while I just wobble everywhere. What do I do n how do I do it? I have terrible eating habits. It's no surprise I'm overweight
Ps weight gain is not baby related. I'm just a pig. I did put a hell of a lot on when pg but have lost that \o/ but still need to lose the rest. I'm 70kg n want to be 57
