Pleased I have managed to do it, although I think I may be a little over the 500 cals, but under 600. Starving right now! This usually my binge night too as hubby's away and l have thd telly to myself. What is everyone's best filling low cal meal?

MY DP will have something like steamed or poached fish or chicken and a large pile of stir fry veg (easy on the oil) no rice or pasta though.
