Im fairly new to fasting, I've nearly completed my first month, I have found I have a smaller appetite. Especially on nf days! Is this normal? I have lost 5lbs

It made my appetite bigger and I started to gain weight. Obviously the 5:2 isn't for me and I stopped before I undid months of hard work on mfp
