Fasting / 5:2 diet

First day (again)

Hi all, first post here. Have started 5:2 for second time. Got derailed over summer but back again as overindulged over Christmas. Don't want to do complicated recipes as work full time and am single mum to one teenager so trying to make do with fruit, veg and chicken for dinner etc. Anyone any tips ??? and anyone else find calorie counter websites differ greatly in calories for things you'd think were fairly standard like an apple! thanks a lot

Hello, my first day to! I had grapes (surprisingly high kcal) and 2 satsumas. loads of coffee and dinner was a prawn stir fry with tons of veg, soy and a few noodles. I am finding day one hard I must admit!

My tip is hold off from eating as long as possible, and avoid sweet and starchy food as it tends to switch the hunger switch.
