Is there an app for 5:2? If so is there a choice I would do so much better if I could keep track of where I'm up to help please....

That's not specifically for 5:2 is it? Is that one just a calorie counter?
all you need to do is learn to eat within your TDEE most of the week and within 500 calories two days a week.Its no more complicated than thatthere are no special foods or timings or combinationsthat's why it works
I've seen people talk about 5:2 apps, but I've never really understand why you'd need one. What would it do for you?
