I have my period (first post baby) and terrible night. But pigged out yesterday and just felt like I needed a fast day and if I didn't do it I'd lose my way and never get back into it. Just managed it. Even managed to resist the half a choc bar in the glove compartment even tho I was in traffic jam for half an hour. Was still hungry after dinner (poached salmon, broccoli, carrots) but a mug of miso soup has just sorted me out. Cannot wait for tomorrow though.
