Anyone else grumpy on fast days?
Um, it's because you're hungry. Your body is designed to take in food and drink on a regular basis to keep it going and it complains if it doesn't get it.
Caitlin Moran's article in the Saturday Times magazine is well worth a read. No, you aren't alone.
Will see if I can locate that article. Have tried my best not to be grumpy but its definitely there!
