Fasting / 5:2 diet

5/2 on holiday

We are going away for a week. Self catered in the uk but I find only way to do my fast days is when dd in nursery and dh working and doing the eating I do do by myself. Holiday is going to be fish and chip and Ice cream tactic but I would really like to do at least one fast day. Any advice?

Skip breakfast on 2days so you can get 2 16 hour fasts in. If you are out at a theme park or similar where the food is rubbish then skip lunch as well. Aim for damage limitation rather than weight loss. Try and be as active as possible.
