Just done my first week, 2nd fast day was yesterday so I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 1 kilo. Is this accurate though or should I really wait till before my next fast day i.e. after eating normally for 3 days? What do you ladies do?
I weigh once a month, the day after my period has finished, first thing in the morning. More regular weighing is self defeating IME. We 'gain' and 'lose' weight throughout our cycles 'cause of water retention which skews things if you weigh very often.
