Help feel really bad as helped myself to half a chocolate biscuit bar. Planing to have a baguette for dinner soon at 320 calories with chicken noodle soup at 100 calories. Do you think this will be ok or have I got it totally wrong.
So long as you aim for 500 calories you'll be fine, there has been a day or so when I've gone slightly over, but I just try to eat sensibly the following day. I prefer to limit myself until my evening meal, but everybody does it differently, so whatever works for you. Good luck!
