I can't do any other days this week than today and tomorrow, is there a good reason why I shouldn't? I've been feeling good on my fast days and eating pretty well.
No reason you shouln't. I don't but I know others do sometimes to fit in with social life.
I did it but was more hungry the second day I think.I googled it and it seems that one of the 5:2 plans recommends consecutive days whereas another doesn't.
