Coming off the pill and TTC

Hello. Anyone else come off the contraceptive pill recently? I came off Cilest 19 days ago, after being on it, and not having periods, for 2 years. No sign of a period yet and I'm not sure whether I've ovulated. Hubby is away a lot for work, which makes TTC difficult! We had sex a couple of days after coming off then pill, and then again 8 days ago. Is it too soon to do a pregnancy test? I wouldn't usually but my nipples have been really sore recently and I've been feeling quite nauseous, which is unlike me.Any ideas? Tia x

Hiya! I came off microgynon early aug and I'm only just coming off my first period. I think I ovulated and we dtd At that time, I had really sore nipples before period which is something I hadn't ever had when I was on the pill so really thought I could be pregnant with seeing no period but did a test last Monday and it was negative! Then came on on Thursday, which was about 5days late.
I would do a test! It can't hurt.
If your not why not get some cheap ovulation tests off eBay for next month just to check if you are ovulating! I'm quite new to all this and wanted to be more relaxed about it than doing ovulation tests etc, but guess I'm just not that cool

Did a test, came out negative but I'm guess it may be too early to tell anyway? Or else the sore nipples could be due to my period maybe coming soon? Hubby seems to think the second I came off the pill I'd get pregnant! Have tried to explain that's not how it works but I think he's a little disappointed :(
