Mirena- will my anxiety settle down?

I had a Mirena coil fitted on Saturday and 3 hours later a dark cloud descended- really bad anxiety with visual disturbances plus itchy, prickly skin. This eased over night and has improved over the last few days, but I am still feeling pretty anxious. Yesterday at work was dreadful, I couldn't focus and was feeling anxious and nervous all day.
I have since read a lot of stories about people suffering anxiety with Mirena, but has anyone had anxiety from Mirena after fitting that settled down shortly afterwards? I am trying to decide whether to have it removed as I hate being anxious.
