copper coil speculum. .......

Just has the copper coil fitted :) no pain was over with within 5 mins and so far no cramps ect.
But has anyone experience the speculum what they use getting stuck ? I was relaxed all through the 5 mins but when it came to take the speculum out it hurt so I ended up clenching hahaha and my faf wouldn't let go hahaha omg it was funny after wards but during it was so painful?! I wonder if it's the type she used ? I'm just dreading my check up incase it happens again I had to relax for ages for it to come out 🙊🙊🙊

When I had mine fitted I found the speculum the worst bit. I found taking really deep breaths helped, and I just closed my eyes and thought of England pretended it wasn't happening. It still bloody hurt though.
