Period stopped 5 days ago. Started again. On leveste.

Hi all.
need a bit of help cos it gets me down.
my period stopped on friday, started again today with pain which keeps coming from where my left ovary is.
im on Leveste so i have a withdrawal.
im really worried this is implantation. Or stress. Or there is something wrong with my ovary.
would it be anything to do with the pill?
Im seriously worried. Dont know where else to turn to at 23:56!!
Anyone ever have the same thing?
