After the birth of DD1 I started using cerazette and I hate it. I don't feel myself on them, have erratic and long periods and struggle to lose weight. I want to stop taking them but don't want to fall pregnant straight away. I want to lose weight first and I also have a holiday planned for next June. So I don't want to TTC until Dec/Jan. Aside from abstinance and condoms what other options do I have? Has anyone just avoided sex on their fertile days? How do you figure out when you are fertile etc.
