Mini pill and my vile face

I've recently change from cerazette to nacrez. I'm not certain but it seems a huge coincidence that around that time I started getting a face like a disgusting teenager which isn't something I had as a teenager and at 26 is quite embarrassing. Mostly they are around my mouth, certainly below my nose, which I was always told was hormonal. Apart from one section that's almost rash like along the side of my nose.

As soon as one starts to disappear, it's joined by it's bigger, uglier friend. It's at the stage where my daughter looks at me and says 'oh mummy, you've got poorly on your face' and my dad wants to take me to the chemist to 'sort my face out'

I've bought some clean and clear deep cleansing stuff just incase it was baby wipes causing it as I do wear makeup every day.

Basically, is it possible the mini pill could cause this??? I hate periods but it's also a contraceptive to have so many vile spots. I will go on the combined pill if it means my face is normal
