change from cerazette to merina

I've just had copper coil removed after very heavy bleeding on it. The dr made me choose another contaceptive before leaving.the choices were cerazette merina or depot injection. I left with cerazette but only on day two and alreafy feel fuzzy headed and tired. Worried about trying merina as another coil and had a ache in my right hand side also with copper coil. Dont want carry on with cerazzete but no idea what to do :(
