Hello, what are some other alternatives to condoms? I have recently had some problems with condoms and I am looking for something new.

Vasectomy.

And that's about it, though the fail rate for withdrawal isn't as bad as sometimes thought (but it can really alter what happens during intercourse).

Or non-PIV activities.

Lol med I think I am a walking advert for not using withdrawal! 3 kids later and we're looking for alternatives

Unfortunately to answer ops question, condoms are the only contraception for men, the rest are all for women - pills injections, implants, female condoms etc

I got pregnant with the withdrawal method also so I wouldn't recommend it!

Please be aware that 1 in 10 vasectomies result in long term pain for the man. It's serious and isnt ever mentioned. I've had 18 months of agony from my vasectomy, and had further invasive surgery 6 months ago. I still have PVPS and severe pain in my plumb that's been operated on again. I still have PVPs in the plum that was operated on as well. They will only do epididymectomies on one at a time as it's very touch an go if it will survive the ioperation. I still have to make a decision whether to have this plumb removed or not. No guarantee the pain will go.

Great contraception, you won't be getting frisky.

I've got an official complaint logged against the GP that butchered me. We both so with we had never bothered.

Before you decide to go this risk, research it - I'd suggest you read the vasectomy threads in this part of the forum. I'd also not recommend female sterilisation - lots of complications there to. It's all SURGERY, and does leave scar tissue which can be very painful.
