Where are my periods?!

I've been on Yasmin for about 6 months- no problem, and was having a very light breakthrough bleed each month- for a couple of days- but enough to know that it was okay! I also got period pains the day before each period started.

Last month, no missed pill- no illness, but no period at all. Read the packet, and it said something along the lines of do a test, but if negative, not to worry- and only go to the doctors if you miss another one. I did (several !) and was negative, so have carried on this month.

Have come to the end of another packet, last pill taken on Thursday- no sign of a period coming, no pains, nadda. Taken another PG test, and nope- not pregnant.

I hasten to add that we use condoms everytime, as am a little bit on the paranoid side, as no plans to enlarge the size of our family!

Where is my breakthrough bleed? What has yasmin done to it?!

Only 31 so little chance of being menopausal (I hope!). All very frustrating. I will go to the docs if it doesn't come by Thursday- but anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
