Feeling sick after removed Mirena

Last Tuesday I had my Mirena removed after 3 years, because me and my partner want to try for a baby. I never had any problems with the Mirena. I took it because of my severe PMS problems

Since today I feel horrible: headaches, nauseous, my whole body seems to be out of tune.

Does anybody have the same experience? If so, how long did it take you to recover?
