DS (7) has recently started learning the keyboard. We'd like to get him one to practice on at home (he uses the ones at school atm) but are non-musical and no idea what sort of features we should be looking at. We don't want to spend a fortune at this stage as not sure he will necessarily keep it up longer term (but DD wants to learn too, so figured it would be worth buying rather than hiring). Any pointers?

dd has started keyboard in september and we were encouraged to buy one. they recommended a yamaha PSR-E333 touch sensitive. we picked it up today and it has all kinds of extras on it.
i am not very musical so it is completely over my head.
