well

i ordered some new bras. old one is VERY old. no longer holds anything in place as i found out today

so i ordered my regular size. and i can hardly fasten the damn things and my norks are spilling out over the top!

should i go for a bigger size than my normal size? are sports bras on the small side generally?

im normally a 34C. sometimes some 34s are big on me, but these i could hardly fasten. ive re ordered a 36C and a 36D. help!

Hi Vicar! Nice to see you.

I am just in the process of the sports bra debacle. I am 36C normally and two I have bought in that size seem to crush my rib cage when I start taking the big breaths I need. These things are not cheap and it is so annoying when they are not right. i am going to order the triumph tri-action extreme but in a 38c rather than a 36c. Will let you know verdict.

hi LP!

thanks - let me know how you get on. i know they are meant to hold you down but the ones i got are really too tight. ive not used them or taken tags off so think ill return them.

bigger one has just arrived so ill give that a try on and see, but even the cup size seemed small.

ill report back!

I am a 36C and have a 36B sports bra as I wanted it to hold me all in.

It is a shock absrober (they sell them cheap in TK Maxx, if you can bear to daRKEN their door).

I bloody hate sports bras. It is an over your head type. It is a bugger to get on, especially after a swim I get into my gum stuff to go for a run. Have to stand there in the changing room jumping up and down trying to shoehorn myself into it, with boobs jiggling everywhere. Bet it's a right sight.

Apologies to all women in changing rooms in Esporta Glouycester for the sorry spectacle.

getorf - thats exactly why ive NOT gone for an over the head one!

i tried one on...that was enough!

i think ive cracked it anyway - got a 36C shock absorber one and it seems ok. still hard to fasten but the 34 (which is my normal size) was practically impossible, this one seems ok and seems to hold it all in, and it seems comfy -ish.

the Next one was ok but the fastener rubbed.

so, ill put it through its paces tomorrow.
