Bought myself a weighted hula hoop to try and improve my waist line, but struggling to keep it going past a few turns. How do I keep it going?
Use a back and forth movement. Which hoop did you get? Also if hooping to the right place your right foot forward and put your left foot forward when hooping to the left. Look for YouTube videos too
this should be a video hopefully!
It's a result sport one. 1.2kg. I think the foot forward thing may help. I bought that one as I liked the way it was padded, and not knobbly!
