Hello everyone. I have been doing the local Parkrun for six months or so now, and am getting frustrated that I achieve pretty much the same time every week - sometimes there's only one second difference, and I couldn't do that if I actually tried! I'd like an app for my phone to help me improve my pace slightly, but I'm utterly bewildered by the variety on offer. Does anyone have any advice? Ideally, I'd like one that makes some sort of noise if I fall below the target speed.
