Running with double bike trailer

Does anyone use a double bike traile to go running with there kids

Like a Thule or burley etc

If so what's it like and any recommendations for what's a good one to have

It will be for a 1 and 3 year old

I imagine your rhythm being rubbish unless you can find a very wide smooth path to go on, because the trailer will try to bounce around a fair bit. And your stride will be shortened... unless you're towing rather than pushing?

Not trailers, but theres a couple of people that run with double buggies at our parkrun - they both have out and about Nippers
