Does anyone have any tips on how I motivate myself to actually do my physio exercises?!
It shouldn't take more than half an hour a day but every day I just can't be bothered! I would like to get them over and done with in the mornings but it's difficult with the kids around (4 and 2) and I work part time so on my working days I have to get us all out the door early. Then by the time the kids are in bed I'm knackered and it's the last thing I want to do.
I think it's pathetic that days go by and I don't do them but on the other hand I just can't seem to find the time.... Any tips would be very welcome!
