Wall seats

Does anyone do these regularly?

I attempted them for the first time yesterday and managed just under a minute and a half, but i have no frame of reference as to whether this is good or not, or what to build towards managing.

What can people manage?

That's really good. Usually they get done for a minute as part of s circuit and even very fit people can struggle with them.
