I want to start exercising at home to coincide with my running. I dont do any other exercise anymore, but would love to get back into some other types of training.
I dont have time to get to the gym so would like to spend half an hour or so on non run days to work my core, arms and a little bit of legs (I say a little bit as running really has toned up my legs). This would be in the morning before everyone else gets up.
Does anyone use any youtube videos or apps to exercise at home? If so, which are best?
