Fitbit Charge HR - would you recommend?

Just that, really.

I do a lot of steps pushing a buggy, which rules out the Flex. And I quite like the idea of the heart rate monitor.

What do you love or hate about yours? If you chose a different one, which one and why?

Thank you!

I love my Charge HR and have really upped how much I move! Haven't lost much weight, but definitely lost inches.

I take mine off most nights, so don't really use the sleep function much as I want my wrist to get some air. Dh is obsessed with his and wears it 24/7. He now has a rash around his wrist!

We got them for Christmas and the novelty hasn't worn off yet, I would definitely recommend.

I got mine a couple of weeks ago and have definitely upped my exercise - the app is great and gives lots of details, I like the 'active minutes' and walking distance, also use it to track my sleep... It's interesting to know how much you've been restless!

It's become a bit addictive to make sure you hit the step target but pleased with it and am loosing weight with its help!

They've just released the Alta which I would have probably gone for instead as its a slimmer band and looks a bit nicer - I think it has the same features minus the stair counter!

Thanks!

Will check out the Alta as well before I get one, thanks for the tip

I have it and for a pedometer it's great but I find the heart rate monitor inaccurate. I'll be working out and feeling my heart pump out of my chest and it'll say he 62 or something ridiculous. Apparently this is the case for wrist heart rate monitors and if y want it more accurate you need a strap arnd the chest type.

It also irritates me that it doesn't say the time all the time and y have to move it or tap it.

Yes! Got mine for Xmas and I love it. It has made me more aware of my activity levels and I use it every day. I've just started logging my food intake via the app which works like my fitness pal. The only thing I don't really use is the HR monitor.

The app is really useful, shows lots of stats and is a good way of monitoring your progress.
