The outside of my left thigh is a burning strip of pain and tightness but it originates from someplace deep in my butt cheek 👺 I haven't altered my mileage (which I keep v low because injury prone) or intensity and my shoes still have a couple of hundred miles in them but I do often run (and do miles of walking every day) on very uneven surfaces. Everything except lying flat on my back seems to make it worse. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas for self help before I brave my physio. Have foam rollered and am doing piriformis and hamstring stretches but ouch. :(
