Would you like to maintain your fitness during pregnancy? Not sure what exercises you can do?
Would you like to get back to your pre-pregnancy fitness? Don't know where to start?
Would you like to train with women in a similar position?
This exercise class is tailored to you and your stage of pregnancy / post birth body. It aims to maintain / rebuild your fitness and strengthen your core so you can return to your pre-pregnancy fitness routine.
The class is held at The Loft in the Tabacco Factory, Southville, Bristol and costs £7.50 per session.
