Losing a belly

I've recently lost 10kg of 5yo baby fat! Feel much better but this was done through diet and I would like to tone up a bit. My tummy is still flabby and I am not sure what to do to tighten it up!

I have an exercise bike so I'm doing cardio - what can I do at home to tone up my tummy?

one word - pilates! It has magical effects!

I did Pilates pre kids but have never been able to do it at home - I need the discipline of an instructor!!

I don't know much about much but have a gander at "Fitness Blender" on YouTube and the web. It's all free and the do videos that target the results you want .

Disclaimer: I don't do it due to chronic idle arse syndrome, My GF does though.

I am a sufferer of CIA syndrome too. Hence taking 5 years to get rid of the baby weight!!
