I've recently lost 10kg of 5yo baby fat! Feel much better but this was done through diet and I would like to tone up a bit. My tummy is still flabby and I am not sure what to do to tighten it up!
I have an exercise bike so I'm doing cardio - what can I do at home to tone up my tummy?
