I'm doing Couch to 5k, on to week 5, and I'm finding my ancient fleece (over a running top) is now too hot (as I build up to more running and less walking) but when I tried without it, I was freezing. Is there such a thing as a running jumper? I had a look, but could online see running waterproof jackets online, which I don't think will add much warmth.
I'm wearing tracksuit bottoms, so I can't really add anything to my legs.
I get really cold fast, so the five minute warm up / down are miserable if I don't have an extra layer.
