I was always a 10/12 and became a toned 10 through variety of exercise a 5:2 or quitting sugar on off- this is recently
Second child later- had an active pregnancy walked a reasonable amount swam 3x week for 30 min time and 1 yoga class too
But... Ate everything is usually avoid during pregnancy- not always bad but probably just a normal and not restricted diet
I'm only 2 weeks post birth but would describe by tummy as me greedy like in that ribs etc back to normal but tummy jelly and comedy bump like - with dc1 it was more boloated but firm so as I exercised over time it went to normal and was skinnier than pre dc- this time it looks like it's fat not baby weight and I don't know how I should tackle it and when is appropriate to start
I'm breast feeding, and dairy free. Don't eat bread ever. Only gf pasta approx once week or less
Ideas please!

It took my tummy quite some time to recover after baby number two. Stick with doing yoga regularly and when you are walking, lift the lower abdomen (like in Tadasana). It will come back. Its still relatively early for your body.
