Hi. I've just purchased this after being mesmerised by the infomercial. Has anybody tried it and did it work? It looks simple enough to do which is good as I'm not very co-ordinated! I've got a good 5 stone to lose but I want to be sort of toned looking not muscley. Finding it very hard to get motivated but would like to hear some success stories..thanks.
