Hello, I have just bought a rowing machine from eBay - it's a York R501, and I can't seem to adjust the tension. I downloaded some instructions which were straightforward but when I turn the adjuster and then row, I can't feel any difference.
Anyone got one of these machines who can offer any thoughts?
