I'm doing the Shine Walk in September. I have a few questions for people who have done it before.
- What should I carry? I was thinking water, snacks (not sure what), a spare pair of trainers and socks incase my feet hurt, money and phone. Oh and a waterproof.
- I haven't been able to train at night as my town is dodgy. Is this a problem?
- I'm only at 10 miles so far. Will I be ok? Obviously I'll train to get further but I'm not sure I'll get to 26.
- I'm only at 19-22 minute mile pace. Is that ok?
