I am very unfit. I dont do any exercise. I am going to a spin class tomorrow that the instructer has said i can take at my own speed knowing i am an absoloute beginner. I am bricking it. What if i cant cope and make a real tit of myself? I am not good with pain or sticking things out. Any tips?
