I'm coming up to 14 weeks. Just wondering if there's any good cardio DVDs or videos on YouTube. Want to mix up the walking and swimming. Also any good light weight training?

If you mean 14 weeks pregnant then is not really the time to start introducing new high intensity/cardio training. Keep up the walking & swimming regularly and maybe add a pregnancy specific Pilates type class and I think you'll be great.

If however you mean 14 weeks into getting fit with walking/swimming then YES to mixing it up with some cardio /weights but try & find something you enjoy or you won't stick at it. For weights if you prefer a class something like body pump might be good otherwise a few sessions with a pt taking you through some basic strength training might be a good investment. Again cardio, find something you love - dancing, cycling, HIIT, running, boot camp type class etc
