Yoga for kids (and me) - any DVD recommendations ?

DS1 has the shortest hamstrings possible which cause him pain during the day. Plus he sleeps awfully. I'm wondering if yoga before bed would be good ? He likes the bedtime Christian Kerr mediation CDs....

It's not a dvd but I really love the yoga studio app - obviously to pay for but has 'classes' already there to down load or you can build your own routines or adapt theirs. So if he ended up going to classes he could copy routines etc.

You can put their music on or bird song, or nothing, and have the instruction voice over or off. Can also edit the classes to lengthen the time of poses etc.
