Has Anybody Used Gymophobics?

There's a Gymophobics opened 5 mins from where I live, and I have to walk past it each day after taking kids to school. Does anybody have any experience of them? I'm already in a gym, but only use the swimming pool as I hate treadmill type things. The gym I'm a member of is a 10 minute drive away so I'm more likely to use one closer to home until the novelty wears off.
I also like the idea of female-only gyms.
Are they any good or is it a bit of a gimmick?
